Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from Apollo Fragrances within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item includes all original seals, cellophane wrapping, and tags intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Sample or travel-size products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email returns@apollofragrances.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Include the RMA number inside or on the package.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@apollofragrances.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@apollofragrances.com.
