1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Domestic (United States)

• Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 3–5 business days — $5.99
• Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days — $12.99
• Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day — $24.99
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations governing the shipment of alcohol-based products, fragrances can only be shipped via ground transportation within the continental United States. We cannot ship fragrances via air freight (including to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories) or internationally without proper hazmat documentation. Orders containing fragrances are shipped exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our Site. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

Apollo Fragrances is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office, then contacting us at support@apollofragrances.com.

6. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO addresses are supported for Standard Shipping only and may take longer for delivery.

7. Holiday & Peak Season

During holiday seasons and promotional events, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive deliveries.
